Connect your platforms to your timer

Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Streamlabs, TipeeeStream, StreamElements, Ko-fi, NineStore and TikTok: linking every source of events.

Updated September 16, 2026

Where it all happens

Everything is linked from the External API menu, the Connections page. It is split in two: Streaming platforms at the top, Donations & shop below.

You can link several at once: events from every platform feed the same timer. Each keeps its own rate card in Time Settings.

Twitch

Nothing to do: Twitch is linked the moment you sign in. Your subs, gifted subs, re-subs, bits, power-ups, raids and the start and end of your streams come in automatically.

Two cases still need a reconnection, by signing out and back in with Twitch:

  • Follows do not count and a warning shows up in Time Settings: the permission to read them is newer than your last sign-in.
  • You revoked Marathon-Timer's authorisation from your Twitch account.

YouTube

Click Connect on the YouTube card, then pick your channel's Google account. Super Chats and memberships then add time during your streams.

The Disconnect button also revokes our access in your Google account: nothing is read on your side any more.

Kick

Click Connect on the Kick card and authorise the application. Kick subscriptions, gifted subs and re-subs then arrive like Twitch ones, with their own rate card.

Streamlabs, TipeeeStream and StreamElements

These three are linked with a key copied from their own site, in the Donations & shop card:

  • Streamlabs: the Socket API Token, in your account settings, API section.
  • TipeeeStream: your API key, in the developer section.
  • StreamElements: your channel's JWT token, behind the "show secrets" button.

Once saved, a key is never shown in full again: you only see a mask. To change it, paste the new one; to remove it, empty the field and save.

If the same donation arrives through two services at once, Tipeee and Streamlabs for instance, it is only counted once.

Currency

The Local currency, in the same card, is used to display your donations and count them in your goals. It converts nothing: a donation of 10 counts as 10, whatever the original currency.

Ko-fi

Ko-fi has no connect button: it sends you its events through a personal URL.

  1. On the Ko-fi card, click 📋 Copy to get your URL.
  2. On Ko-fi, open More → API → Webhooks and paste it as the Webhook URL.
  3. Copy the Verification token from that page into the matching field on Marathon-Timer, then save.

The token is optional but recommended: it guarantees that only Ko-fi's own calls are accepted. Donations, subscriptions, shop orders and commissions all add time.

Paste the URL exactly as copied. An address retyped by hand, without the www, gets redirected and Ko-fi receives an error.

NineStore and other shops

The NineStore card gives you a sales URL to paste into your sales dashboard: every sale then adds time, based on the tax-inclusive amount.

The URL accepts a single sale or a batch of several, so it works with any tool able to send an amount and a buyer name.

TikTok

The TikTok card only asks for your public username. Gifts, counted in diamonds, add time as long as the bridge keeps working. This is an unofficial integration and it may break without notice.

Checking that it works

  1. On the platform in question, trigger a small event: a one-unit donation to yourself, a gifted sub, a Super Chat.
  2. On your Dashboard, look at the recent activity: the event should show up there.
  3. If it shows up without adding time, your rate card is at 0 for that event, and the connection is fine.
